Refund & Cancellation Policy

The amount taken for booking is a commitment amount for dates and is non-refundable.

The dates booked for the procedure can only be postpone if the request will come at least 2 Weeks prior of Procedure Date. No complaints regarding the same would be entertained.

Funds once transferred for booking or the funds once paid for the hair realated service won’t be refunded.

Surgery and non-surgical procedures come with no warranty (guaranteed or implied) of any certain result. Perceived lack of improvement in one’s condition does not translate into any type of refund.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel treatments for any reason whatsoever.

Please note that there may be certain procedures/cases that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

Cancellation only when:

• Any Strong Health Medical Issue.
• Any Unavoidable Circumstances.
• Emergency Travelling Issue.
